Every order is inspected and filmed before dispatch, then shipped DDP, so duties and import taxes are included. We send you the video of your exact lamp and ship only after you approve. In-stock lamps ship in 2–7 business days after approval; made-to-order lamps in 14–25 days.

Returns
Changed your mind? Return it within 14 days of delivery, in the condition you received it. You pay the return shipping to our warehouse in China, and we refund the price of the lamp. Damaged, defective or not what you ordered? If your claim is approved, you choose a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included, and you do not need to send it back unless we ask.
