Returns & Refunds

We inspect and film every order before it ships, and we send you the video of your exact item. It ships only after you approve.

Changed your mind

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, in the condition you received it. Email rita@beaconhomestore.com first with your order number and we will send you the return address. You pay the return shipping to our warehouse in China. When it arrives and passes inspection, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping and duties paid on the original order are not refunded. Digital downloads are covered below.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. Email rita@beaconhomestore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. A short video helps. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

We reply within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, you choose a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Approval before shipping

Before every order ships we send you a video of your exact item. If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will email again; after 14 days without a reply we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may then take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed. If a file is faulty or is not what you ordered, email us and we will replace it or refund you.

What we do not accept

Damage that happened after delivery, for example through use, misuse or accident. We compare each claim with our pre-dispatch inspection video.
