Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Approval before shipping

Before every physical order ships, we inspect and film your exact item and send you the video. It ships only after you approve.

Processing

In-stock items leave us within 2-7 business days after you approve the video (usually about 4). Made-to-order lamps are ready in 14-25 days; we then film them and ship after you approve. Digital downloads are delivered instantly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery

Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days of dispatch.

Duties and import taxes

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and import taxes are included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
